Do I need travel insurance if I’m travelling within Canada?

When you travel outside your home province, even if you’re still in Canada, there are limits on how much your government health insurance plan will pay. What if I change my mind after I apply?

If you notify us before the departure date, as indicated on your confirmation, that you are not completely satisfied with your policy, we will provide a full refund if you have not already departed on your trip and there is no claim in progress. Refunds are only available when comapny receives your request for a refund before your departure date.
